PRICES
All prices are in Euro and do not include light bulbs, chains and shipping costs.
Only with the HDK80, the gaseous discharge lamp is included in the price.
SHIPPING COSTS
Within the Netherlands
The shipping costs within the Netherlands are:
0 - 30 kg € 12,00 euro
> 30 kg after consultation
Delivery-time within the Netherlands is 1-3 days.
Shipping abroad
We can send most items all over the world.
The item, when packed, has to be smaller than 175 cm in length and has to weigh less than 20 kg; for European countries it has to weigh less than 30 kg. Of course we will inform you whether your package meets these demands.
If you want more concrete information just send us an e-mail with your address details and we will contact you as soon as possible about the costs and duration. 360volt cannot be held responsible for loss or damage during transportation.
TO ORDER A LAMP
Every lamp is unique and has it’s own charisma. You are most welcome to come and see the lamps at our studio in Amsterdam, but when ordering from abroad this is probably not an option. Therefore the pictures on our website will give you a good indication of the appearance of the lamp.
Pick up at the studio
When you choose to pick up the lamp(s) at our studio at the Prinsengracht, Amsterdam, you can also pay through PDQ machine.
Order online
You can also send your order through e-mail to info@360volt.com Payment needs to be made in advance. This can be done by PayPall; a safe and secured way of paying. As soon as we have received your order, we will send you a confirmation and all the payment details per e-mail. As soon as we have received your payment, we will ship your lamps within 5 working days.
You can take an option on the lamps for a maximum of 10 days.
PURCHASE
When you wish to offer a lamp for sale, please send us an e-mail with the type of the lamp, the condition of the product and the indicated price. Only products offered with a picture and price will be taken into consideration.
RENTAL
It’s also possible to rent the lamps for film, photo or expositions. Approximately, the rental price for less than 4 days is 20% of the total costs of the goods, and a bond of 80%. For a rental period of 5-10 days, this is 30% of the total costs + 70% bond.
When our name is mentioned, we can consider the rental prices.
STATE OF THE LAMPS
All lamps offered on our website are in used condition. Although most items are in very good condition, traces of usage can be found. When these traces are very visible it will be shown on the images. When possible, we sell all our products in original state. When the wiring does not meet the current standards though, we will replace it. Doing so, we keep the original design unimpaired. Before shipment, we test all lamps. Considering the age of the products though (often several decades old), we cannot give any technical guarantee on the long-term.
All lamps have been made suitable for normal light bulbs, but also for energy-efficient lamps and led lamps. They can be set in operation immediately and all have an electric cord of at least 1,5 metre.
