After delivery, check your product right away. If there is something broken or damaged, let us know within 5 working days after delivery. Send us an email including at least 5 pictures, how the parcel was received, the damaged product in the package and outside the package. We need this information for the insurance.

not as expected
In case the lamp is not as expected, it is possible to send it back within 14 days. The customer will have to pay the shipping costs to return the item. Complaints must be made within 30 days after purchase.
Packing The returned item must be undamaged and in original condition and repacked in the original packaging. Please add the invoice to the package and write the returning address on a piece of paper and stick it on the outside of the box (meaning: do not write directly on the box). Always add a copy of the invoice.
Your digital invoice can be found in the digital link of the order confirmation you have received by mail.
The items must be intact and undamaged, unused. Only if these conditions are met and we have checked the returned item, the customer will receive a refund for the purchased item.
